PEMETAAN BUDAYA TAHAN HIDUP MASYARAKAT MISKIN; REVIEW STRATEGI ADAPTASI LOKAL TERHADAP KEMISKINAN STRUKTURAL

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan memetakan budaya tahan hidup masyarakat miskin serta strategi adaptasi lokal dalam menghadapi kemiskinan struktural. Menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), studi ini menganalisis publikasi ilmiah lima tahun terakhir (2021–2025) yang diperoleh dari database Dimensions dan Scopus. Prosedur penelitian meliputi perumusan masalah, penentuan kriteria kelayakan, seleksi literatur, analisis bibliometrik dengan VOSviewer, interpretasi, dan sintesis data. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pola adaptasi masyarakat miskin bukan sekadar respons pasif, melainkan bentuk aktif dari kearifan lokal yang kontekstual dan dinamis. Strategi bertahan hidup dipengaruhi oleh ikatan sosial, praktik budaya, pengetahuan tradisional, serta ruang fisik dan identitas komunitas. Relasi antara kemiskinan struktural dan kapasitas adaptif lokal bersifat kompleks, menuntut kebijakan yang bersifat partisipatif, adil, dan berbasis pengetahuan lokal. Studi ini merekomendasikan perlunya integrasi budaya lokal ke dalam kebijakan pembangunan serta riset transdisipliner untuk memetakan konfigurasi spasial dan ketahanan komunitas rentan secara lebih holistik. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya wacana pembangunan inklusif dan mendorong kebijakan yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan.
